We build and maintain robots of all shapes, sizes, makes, models, uses, and abilities. Rapid Robotics
is a custom robot manufacturer. Also, we can work with any existing robot created by other companies.
Some of our smallest robots are about the size of a pencil eraser, and are used to traverse
pipes looking for leaks. Our largest robot that we maintain, is the size of a large truck
and is used for hazmat materials removal.
Just one of many examples: We have a customer that needed to test thousands of blood samples per hour.
In just two months we moved from preliminary consultation to a fully operational and in production unit
capable of testing over 3000 samples of blood in an hour for over twenty different pathogens. This provided
our customer with the edge that they needed in order to maintain an industry lead.
Another example: Another customer of ours had a service robot whose purpose was to assist the night
watchman on patrols. The robot could maneuver around obstacles and signal the watchman if it detected
an unauthorized person. There was, however, something missing. We upgraded that drone with the ability
for the watchperson to speak to any potential intruder via a two way radio. In addition to this, the robot
can now take pictures and beam them directly to the watchperson's cell phone, or to any other person whose
phone number we program into the drone. This helps to quickly determine the situation at hand.
